ACS Technologies Return Policy

  • Full credit, including shipping cost, is issued for forms that will not work with ACS programs as stated on the ACS online store, or if ACS made an error in processing your order. This full credit does not extend to printer incompatibilities or software that is not up-to-date. It also does not extend to client errors made in ordering. Please inquire about these special situations when ordering.
  • All returns must be approved by ACS. Items returned without authorization may be subject to being returned to sender.
  • All returns are at client expense unless product is defective, or ACS error.
  • Custom items which have been imprinted with your church name, logo, or designed specifically for your church cannot be returned or exchanged. Please order with care.
  • Partial packages are not returnable.
  • Full packages may be exchanged or returned for full purchase price within 45 days of purchase. Shrink-wrap must be intact. Any forms products approved for return that are not received with shrink-wrap intact will not be refunded, and returned to the client.  Self-seal products cannot be returned after 45 days. Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Dated forms such as W-2s and 1099s are not returnable. Please order with care.
  • Full packages returned after 45 days will be subject to the following restocking fees: 46 - 90 days: 20% restocking fee + shipping/handling 
  • Returns beyond 90 days are not accepted
  • Hardware with the exception of kiosks may be returned within 30 days of the ship date under the following conditions:
    • All returns must be authorized by ACS in order to receive credit.
    • Hardware must be returned in its original packaging with all components, and factory sealed to receive refund or exchange. 
    • Hardware will be returned at clients expense unless item is found to be defective, or ACS error.
    • Restocking charges may apply.
    • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
    • If the condition of the hardware when returned is damaged, or in any way misrepresented, the item (s) will be returned to client without refund. 
    • After 30 days, the hardware cannot be returned and is non-refundable.
    • All kiosk sales are non-returnable and non-refundable unless unit is found to be defective.
  • All kiosk must be inspected for damages upon arrival before client takes receipt of shipment and immediately reported to ACS. If damages are reported after client accepts receipt, claims for damage may not be accepted by shipper. In these cases client could incur other costs.
